General Information

Accepted Forms of Payment

Ideal Lifestyle Concierge will accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover) as well as checks. Clients must allow 5 days for local checks and 10 days for out of state checks to clear before services can be performed. A charge of $25.00 will be applied for all returned checks.

Pre-payment of Services

All a la carte services will be pre-paid by the client. The client must set up a minimum concierge account of $ 100.00 from which fees will be deducted. The client may at any time request to clear their concierge account by sending written notice (mail or e-mail) and will receive a check for the remaining balance within 10 business days of request.

Minimum Charges

A minimum charge of ½ hour will be applied for all internet research. A minimum charge of one hour will be applied to all other services/errands. Fees will then be calculated by 15 minute intervals after the initial charges.

Additional Charges

Purchases, tolls, service fees and all other extra charges are not included in hourly rate.

Service Hours

All services will be provided during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Services performed after hours, holidays and weekends will exceed normal hourly rate.

Unused Hours

All hours for monthly membership packages must be used within the calendar month. Hours not used within the calendar month will not be refunded or rolled over to the following month.

Rates and Pricing

Rates and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Ideal Lifestyle Concierge requires 24 hours notice of cancellation for any scheduled service. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a charge for the full cost of the service.

Access to Property

If Ideal Lifestyle Concierge requires access to a client’s home or office to provide a requested service and access is prohibited, the client may be charged for the full cost of the service.

Insurance Disclosure and Privacy Policy

Ideal Lifestyle Concierge is fully licensed and insured and is registered as a corporation under the State of Florida Division of Corporations.

Ideal Lifestyle Concierge is committed to keep all information belonging to its client absolutely confidential and protect its release to the public. All personal and credit card information provided to Ideal Lifestyle Concierge will be used solely for the purpose of providing services to clients and financial obligations to Ideal Lifestyle Concierge.
